Very satisfied! Does everything I need.

Being on a budget this outlet store hit the mark (price.) I purchased the 4370 Maestro. It works fine except for the correct time. I live in Southern California. When I click on Pacific time Los Angeles it's an hour off. Yes I'm on daylight savings time but no place to enter it. So I just leave it on Arizona time. 1 hour ahead. I was going to return it but really no big deal. For me the Maestro is the way to go. I'm happy.

I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT!
I ordered the Maestro 4370 because I've used this model for about 10 years and I loved it. Recently, the screen began to break down in spots and I figured it was time to get a new one. But this new one is difficult to program. It didn't come with instructions but I was able to find them online. It's still very difficult to use, unlike my old one. Plus I can't get the GPS sound to work, and I have to deal with an annoying video that begins to play like it's trying to sell me something and I can't find a way to turn it off.

It was too small and difficult to program. It was programmed to aread around California
Had to reset it several times to get the correct state of NC.

i got a refund, which corrected the problems.
1: NO UHF antenna supplied. I especially wanted the voice command ability and using the unit to make calls through my phone.
2: NO instructions supplied, or how to get them.
3: The unit would not turn on.This kind of superseded the other problems.

I was very disappointed.
1. The suction plate broke away from the windshield mount.
2. The power plug points the cord up the windshield rather down
3. It does not provide the altitude.
4. The slide zoom is too sensitive and difficult to adjust.

I have returned the Model 4370.
